This project is an eight-minute immersive audio drama designed to push the boundaries of narrative storytelling through advanced foley and sound design. To create a visceral "underwater" experience, I experimented with hydrophone recordings and processed diving-mask acoustics to build a submerged, claustrophobic atmosphere. By directing voice actors to emphasize vocal intent and recording performances in shared spaces to capture natural chemistry, I successfully compensated for the lack of visual cues. The project culminated in a professional release across Bandcamp and YouTube, as well as a broadcast feature on Chaos Radio, demonstrating my ability to manage a production from experimental sound capture to industry-standard distribution.

SILENCE PROTOCOL

SILENCE PROTOCOL is an immersive, audio-only narrative thriller where players join hackers Vera and Sam to unravel a high-stakes government conspiracy. Designed to challenge gaming's heavy reliance on visuals, the project bridges the gap between interactive gameplay and the captivating storytelling of audiobooks to create a universally accessible experience for both mainstream audiences and visually impaired players. By using Head-Related Transfer Functions (HRTF) the game features, 3D diegetic soundscapes seamlessly integrated with non-diegetic narrative guidance. This approach relies on precise sound design to prompt players into constructing their own vivid mental imagery, turning audio into a powerful world-building tool that deepens player immersion and strengthens the emotional connection to the characters and their overarching mission.

PERMANENCE

Permanence is a multi-sensory installation exploring the fragile nature of memory loss through analogue sound and atmospheric visuals. I focused on creating a soundscape that mirrored thematic decay, utilizing tape-loop disintegration and layered distortion to simulate the fading of memory over time. A key technical challenge was the development of a "smoke screen" for projections; through extensive research and collaboration with the AMATA technical team, I implemented a high-velocity smoke system that transformed the gallery into a "memory haze." This project highlights my proficiency in collaborative planning, technical contingency management, and the design of immersive sound environments that respond to audience movement.

CUBE INSTALLATION

Interactive Audiovisual Installation explores the intersection of natural and digital environments through a projection-mapped physical cube that dynamically responds to human movement. Functioning as a "living" sculpture, the project integrates proximity sensors to drive real-time, participant-triggered shifts in both generative visuals—specifically cellular automata like the "Game of Life"—and experimental spatial soundscapes. As audience members navigate the physical space, a foundation of grounding ambient drones is disrupted by glitchy, industrial audio textures, while the minimalist visuals adapt through forced perspective. By transforming passive viewers into active co-creators, the piece demonstrates a strong command of reactive audio, sensor integration, and dynamic projection mapping to craft an immersive, participant-driven storytelling experience.

GOLDEN GLOVES

I managed the end-to-end audio production for a large-scale boxing event, acting as the central link between the technical sound crew, the announcer, and the athletes. My role involved precise coordination of entrance themes and live cues to ensure a seamless professional broadcast feel. Beyond technical management, I curated and performed high-impact audio sets designed to control event momentum and maintain a high-energy atmosphere. This project highlights my ability to deliver technically reliable audio under the pressure of a live, fast-paced sporting environment.
